Hand tufting is a process of making beds that have been around since the 18th century. This durable technique has withstood the test of time, and it’s easy to see why! Hand tufting comprises locking the comfort layers to the surface of the mattress core. This is done in such a fashion to last for the entire lifetime of the mattress and ensures that the mattress core keeps its shape and prevents body impressions.

Laying down on your Forgeron Luxury mattress, you’ll be spoiled with the initial comfort of two quilting layers consisting of quilting foam and quilting fibre. Below the initial layers of quilting rests Premium Comfort Layers of resilient Medium Firm SABS approved  30 Density durable luxury Foam with a 50 density layer to help create a durable mattress with long-term comfort and rest. 

Pocket Spring System
The tried and tested Turn Free Pocket Spring System resting on a foam platform guarantees limited partner movement transfer. Therefore, you will experience maximum undisturbed and revitalising sleep.

Heavy Duty Edge Guard Pockets
Two rows of Heavy Duty Edge Guard Pockets support mattress edges to provide an enlarged sleeping surface for you. What’s more, with this improved supportive side technology, you can be assured of a longer-lasting sleeper.
