A Bonnel Spring Core encircled by high-density pure foam layers makes up the inside of this mattress. This is what provides your sleeping form with maximum support. The foam layers are also anti-allergenic. Horizontal posture bars were inserted over the entire sleep surface to strengthen the mattress and lessen permanent body indentations. 

Non-turn mattress
