Great Service & Comfortable Mattress
I recently purchased a mattress from The Mattress Warehouse and Iu2019m really happy with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they didnu2019t pressure me into buying anything I didnu2019t need. The delivery was on time, and the mattress is comfortable and exactly what I expected. Overall, a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

    I was originally supposed to get the Moonlite Queen and arranged for collection at the Maitland office because it’s only 25 minutes away from me but I had no idea that the dispatch was in Belville (just heads up for those who want to collect in Cape Town, you have to make arrangements to have it collected at the head office in Maitland). Unfortunately there was no stock of the Moonlote and they were still waiting for the bulk shipment to come in. Danielle and her team were so accommodating and understanding when my uncle came to collect and made sure there were no issues. They were so kind to give the New Yorker (also because it was Black Friday they gave me another discount to save us the trouble of having to pay even more and instead of waiting for the shipment to come in). Customer service is excellent but this bed is even better. This is great if you have minor back problems and trouble sleeping on your side too often because your bed might be too hard or too soft to sleep on your back or tummy. Super comfortable, keeps you cool when it’s hot and keeps the heat when it’s cold out. 10/10 would recommend for anyone that wants a proper queen without paying too much.
