Professional staff, excellent service
The Mattress Warehouse did not disappoint. A special thank you to Gift from Telesales for her professionalism, quick thinking, and patience. We encountered a small hiccup with my delivery, but she handled it exceptionally well and kept the line of communication open. With the support of the delivery team, Dennis and Vusi, everything was resolved smoothly and friendly and my order was delivered on time. Excellent service all around!

I was offered different base because the one I ordered was not available that’s the second time now same thing happened with the first bed I bought from you guys , maybe update the website with the available stock. I’d rather know if I have to wait or pick an alternative item before actually buying the item. Overall I love the bed thank you

    I called a branch in Bloemfontein for an affordable comfortable double bed for urgent delivery. Emma swiftly arranged for me everything as well as same delivery.
