Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is accepted within main city hubs. This is an easy payment option that only requires the correct amount of cash on hand when your goods are delivered. Take note that the payment should be done in South African Rand.

You can now pay with your master or visa card on delivery in Cape Town, Nelspruit, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Polokwane and the greater Gauteng area.

Lead Times
Sometimes you will receive your order in more than one delivery if the product you ordered is from different factories or warehouses. By doing your delivery without any middleman you are assured of always getting the best possible price on your new bed straight from the factory warehouse. This means that you may receive your order in more than one delivery if you have purchased several items from different factories.

Our deliveries are done from Monday to Sunday during our business hours. If you require a special delivery time please contact us at 0861007000 and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

We will always try and give you a call before delivering.

Deliveries in main city hubs are done within 5 working days if the product is in stock.
Please give us a call to confirm if a product is in stock if your delivery is urgent. If you are not within the main city hub please contact us for a delivery date and time.

    I ordered a queen mattress on the 27th of November 2018. Proof of payment was sent via email and payment was done via eft. I was told that stock would received this past Saturday and that delivery would be made on Monday. On Monday I called to confirm if stock was received and I was told that my payment does not reflect on the system and that it usually takes 4 days for payments to clear up of using a different bank. It is now 6 working days and still payment is not reflecting on your system. But on my side it shows that the payment has gone through.

    Good day Philip. It looks like you are the only one that responds within an acceptable time. I placed this order more than 12 working days ago. Your website indicates fast delivery. I have sent numerous emails. I was promised over the phone that it would have been delivered yesterday, but I haven’t received anything. The Midrand branch have assured me that they have it in stock. Each time I phone someone says they see that the order is there, but they will find out and get back to me. I haven’t heard anything. On this side I have a three year old that is waiting anxiously and excited for his new mattress and has to continue on a dilapidated mattress. Midrand is about an hour and a half’s drive from Potchefstroom. As such, under any circumstances, the mattress can be delivered today. If the mattress is not delivered by today 16h00, you can go ahead and cancel the order and refund the purchase. To date The Mattress Warehouse has failed on pretty much all their promises and advertisements. It will take some kind of a miracle to make me a happy customer. You could have given me the option to organise my own couriers and I would have had the mattress 10 days ago.

  26. I purchased a Rest Assured mattress on Saturday, 6 April 2019 and Bongani confirmed delivery would be done today, Tuesday, 9 April 2019. I have just called and was told that there were no deliveries scheduled for today and tomorrow. This is not great service from your team as I had to make arrangements for someone to be home all day today to take delivery. Now the mattress and protector will only be delivered on Thursday and I have to make more arrangements. Not cool.
