After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer
After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer. (Sorry Sealy, you lost out. Serta, your mattress that we settled on is great!) We then had to purchase another mattress for one of the children, & we immediately went back to them for this additional purchase given their service, & once again Zonke made sure it happened for us. This second order was delivered within 24 hours of placing our order, & the delivery was so professionally handled by Victor & Thabani, who phoned ahead of time to check all was in order, & arrived at exactly the time they gave. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly & very courtious & accomodating. They set up the bed and took away the packaging as well. I cannot recommend Mattress Warehouse in Durban more highly!

Im not going to lie and because the service was excellent I really want to rate The Mattress Warehouse outstanding service. When I purchased my mattress online I didn't expect a call from a lady asking courteous and crucial questions regarding my purchase to reassure my satisfaction. When it came to delivery they did call to check availability and Victor and Thabani delivered my mattress sufficiently. Thank You Mattress Warehouse!

This luxurious piece of craftsmanship is adaptable as a sleeper or a non-sleeper but if you thought that that was all you were wrong. With this fascinating artwork, you can choose the stain of the attached table. Whether the table should be mahogany or oak, or to add luscious scatter cushions or not.  Which side should fold out to perform the function of a couch sleeper, the material, the fabric, the size, the length and between a corner seat or a corner table. The Delft 3pc Sleeper Couch (Double, Corner, Double) does offer it all.

The Delft 3pc Sleeper Couch (Double, Corner, Double):

We offer a beautiful array of colors which consist of some blacks (Ratio Jet, Honour Sable, Nigel S77, Nigel S78, Origin Steel, and Origin Ash). Our range of stunning browns (Ratio Dune, Ratio Mocha, Nigel S71, Origin Cappuccino, and Origin Dune), our Red which is Nigel S75 and finally our blue which is Nigel S74. If these are not what you want then feel free to provide your very own fabric with the exact shade, pattern, style or texture you desire. You can also request leather for your fantastic sleeper sofa. The choices are endless!

You get to choose which side the sleeper couch is on and here is how to operate it. To assemble you hold the base upright to join the cushioning piece onto its back. Then you slide them into the frame of the couch together with all three pieces horizontal. For your finish, you just place the back cushions on the back for support and ease. What is more is that you can also choose a non-sleeper version if you are merely enchanted by our design and look but not so keen on the mattress functionality. Either way, you are winning.

To operate the Delft 3pc Sleeper Couch (Double, Corner, Double), lift a bit, and then pull the base out from the center by sliding very gently. Once you have accomplished this use your back cushions to support and secure the base. Next fold the cushioning layer over and onto the base for your long, flat, and perfect couch sleeper. Just what you need, when you need it.

Our warranty extends for a year excluding some services in which foams and fabrics are excluded due to lack of being manufactured in the same place. However, we serve with joy and readiness.
