    hi i have the Dbl Athlete Kooi, awesome bed and awesome service,..but due to surgery and machine implants i cannot sleep on my back or tummy, I am waking up with sore shoulders as i am broad shouldered, bed was purchased on 02 Jan 24 delivered on 04 Jan, i have no way to exchange as there is a R 1000 exchange requirement….
