I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Mbo and Sibongiseni for the delivery of beds we had ordered as part of a charity donation to a very worthy recipient who had never had a bed and was caring for 2 small children who also needed beds
I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Mbo and Sibongiseni for the delivery of beds we had ordered as part of a charity donation to a very worthy recipient who had never had a bed and was caring for 2 small children who also needed beds. It was a difficult delivery in a rural area with a lot of coordinating parts but no matter what , both Mbo and Sibongiseni were polite, extremely helpful and accommodating. They assembled the beds quickly and efficiently, and even helped with communication with the recipient who spoke only isiZulu. I truly appreciate them and Mattress Warehouse for helping me make this donation a real success in changing someone's life. Thank you Mbo and Sibongiseni for your excellent professionalism, understanding and patience, it definitely helped make the process a lot more seamless.

I want to express my gratitude to Mbo and Sibongiseni. They quite frankly are two of the best delivery people I have ever had to connect with. They were on time and made the whole process of getting our bed upstairs a breeze. It would have taken my hubby I at least an hour or more to get the bed up our stairs... It took them less than 15 minutes. They were funny and so very personable. If I could give you a score of 10 I would. Thank you so much for the fantastic and very easy experience.
