I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Mbo and Sibongiseni for the delivery of beds we had ordered as part of a charity donation to a very worthy recipient who had never had a bed and was caring for 2 small children who also needed beds. It was a difficult delivery in a rural area with a lot of coordinating parts but no matter what , both Mbo and Sibongiseni were polite, extremely helpful and accommodating. They assembled the beds quickly and efficiently, and even helped with communication with the recipient who spoke only isiZulu. I truly appreciate them and Mattress Warehouse for helping me make this donation a real success in changing someone's life. Thank you Mbo and Sibongiseni for your excellent professionalism, understanding and patience, it definitely helped make the process a lot more seamless.

I want to express my gratitude to Mbo and Sibongiseni. They quite frankly are two of the best delivery people I have ever had to connect with. They were on time and made the whole process of getting our bed upstairs a breeze. It would have taken my hubby I at least an hour or more to get the bed up our stairs... It took them less than 15 minutes. They were funny and so very personable. If I could give you a score of 10 I would. Thank you so much for the fantastic and very easy experience. Bunk Beds vs Two Single Beds: Which Makes More Sense for Growing Families?
This is a really great bed, good quality and while not the cheapest it’s definitely not the most expensive either. The mattress is nice and firm while still somehow being soft and comfortable, amazing!
Sealy is generally a great choice of beds but not his time, after a year the bed is soft and started making dents in the mattress. Definitely not a firm bed and not the best choice.
