After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer
After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer. (Sorry Sealy, you lost out. Serta, your mattress that we settled on is great!) We then had to purchase another mattress for one of the children, & we immediately went back to them for this additional purchase given their service, & once again Zonke made sure it happened for us. This second order was delivered within 24 hours of placing our order, & the delivery was so professionally handled by Victor & Thabani, who phoned ahead of time to check all was in order, & arrived at exactly the time they gave. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly & very courtious & accomodating. They set up the bed and took away the packaging as well. I cannot recommend Mattress Warehouse in Durban more highly!

Im not going to lie and because the service was excellent I really want to rate The Mattress Warehouse outstanding service. When I purchased my mattress online I didn't expect a call from a lady asking courteous and crucial questions regarding my purchase to reassure my satisfaction. When it came to delivery they did call to check availability and Victor and Thabani delivered my mattress sufficiently. Thank You Mattress Warehouse!

The service is great with good communication, Mboh and Sbongiseni went out of their way to assist in delivering the mattress when I was away from home.
