After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer
After our first purchase with Matress Warehouse a few weeks ago & the disappointment of being let down by the manufacturer; Zonke made sure that she did absolutely everything possible to assist us, & we went with another mattress manufacturer. (Sorry Sealy, you lost out. Serta, your mattress that we settled on is great!) We then had to purchase another mattress for one of the children, & we immediately went back to them for this additional purchase given their service, & once again Zonke made sure it happened for us. This second order was delivered within 24 hours of placing our order, & the delivery was so professionally handled by Victor & Thabani, who phoned ahead of time to check all was in order, & arrived at exactly the time they gave. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly & very courtious & accomodating. They set up the bed and took away the packaging as well. I cannot recommend Mattress Warehouse in Durban more highly!

Im not going to lie and because the service was excellent I really want to rate The Mattress Warehouse outstanding service. When I purchased my mattress online I didn't expect a call from a lady asking courteous and crucial questions regarding my purchase to reassure my satisfaction. When it came to delivery they did call to check availability and Victor and Thabani delivered my mattress sufficiently. Thank You Mattress Warehouse!

The available stain choices mean you can play around with the mood you would like to set in your room whilst the single frame ensures minimal space is required for this bed to look good. Make sure to have a look at the matching York Bedside Pedestal if you are looking for a consistent flow in your bedroom.

Features:

Radiata Pine
A refined pine wood frame promises to support your mattress for a long time. Radiata pine is the best timber to use when crafting furniture and that’s why Michael Calvin Designs opts to use it for all their products. It makes for a strong support system and on top of that, it is also easier to stain the wood. 

Complete Colour Customizability
Since the colour of a bed frame can make or break the theme of a bedroom, we know how important it is to offer our customers variety. The York Stack Bed can be personalised with the stain colour of your choice! If dark and mysterious is what you are going for, check out the Mahogany. If you are trying to put a modern-industrial spin on your room, maybe a Teak transformation would help? Or! You can refresh your room with a White stained bed.

Mattress Support
An unsupported mattress should be the least of your worries. The York Stack Bed (Teak) has horizontal slats placed along the frame of the bed so as to ensure structural functionality. There are also screws inserted along the important stress points in the frame. Thus, we are happy to report that, maximum mattress support is the result here!
