How do I place an online order?

All you need to do is create a personal account and you can begin shopping for some of our amazing bed specials.

Is it safe to place an order online?

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Our website is a safe and secure platform. The details you provide are encrypted and sent across a secure connection.

Do you only have online services?

No. We have bed stores in major regional locations, liked beds for sale in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. Visit one of our bed warehouses to make an in-store purchase or you can make a telephonic order.

What information do I need to provide when ordering online?

In order to process your order, we need the following information: Product selection and quantity, your shipping and billing addresses, contact number, email address – for order confirmation and invoice, payment method option and your credit card details – if you choose to pay by CC.

How can I pay for my online order?

We have a few options for an online mattress or bed sale. You can choose to pay via credit card or EFT.

Who will assemble my bed?

Our friendly delivery team will gladly assist with your new bed, like bunker beds or themed kids beds that require some assembly.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes. We supply guesthouse and hotelier beds and mattresses to those in the hospitality industries. Call any of our trained sales experts to give you a special bulk discount on your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery lead times are indicated on all products. Please note that some items may take longer to deliver than others. We will indicate during the checkout process which items may delay your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel any order, provided that the product is still unopened and in its original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Find out more here about order cancellations.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by our friendly delivery crew. We use light delivery vehicles and in some cases 3-tonne trucks.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from the closest distribution centre to you. We have ten distribution centres located across South Africa.

My order was damaged. What can I do?

We’re aware that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If your product has arrived in a damaged state, please contact us immediately to arrange for collection and a refund or exchange.

What is the cost of delivery for a bedroom furniture order?

It will depend on where you are located. We offer free shipping to all major city hubs and to people staying within a 100km radius of the city hub. We also deliver nationwide for a reasonable fee if you are not within a major metropolitan area.
